This OMB
approval is only for the "New Claimant Questionnaire" include in
this paperwork package. After discussions with DOL staff, OMB
believes that 5 minutes per response is a more accurate estimate of
the burden for the questionnaire and has adjusted the burden hours
for this collection accordingly. The telephone interview follow-up
is NOT approved at this time, since DOL has not yet submitted it
for Paperwork Reduction Act review. A subsequent DOL request for
OMB approval of the telephone interview follow-up should be
accompanied by a new paperwork package.
