Abstract: SECTION 556(B)(3) OF CHAPTER 1 REQUIRES LEA'S TO CONSULT WITH PARENTS AS THEY DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT THEIR CHAPTER 1 PROJECTS. TO MEET THIS REQUIREMENT, LEA'S SHALL DEVELOP WRITTEN POLICIES TO ENSURE PARENTAL PARTICIPATION WHICH CONTAIN DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS.
