Abstract: THE FORM PROVIDES A MEANS OF IDENTIFYING SPECIFIC MANUFACTURED HOME LOANS IN THE POOL AND ASSURES THAT ALL REQUIRED LOAN AND RELATED DOCUMENTS HAVE, IN FACT, BEEN DELIVERED TO A DOCUMENT CUSTODIAN. THIS INFORMATION IS NECESSARY TO ASSURE GNMA'S INTEREST IN THE POOLED LOANS IN THE EVENT OF A DEFAULT, PROVIDES INFORMATION ON INTEREST RATES, TERMS AND CONSTANTS FOR MANUFACTURED HOME LOANS POOLS.
