Abstract: REGULATION HAS BEEN REVISED TO IMPLEMENT THE REQUIREMENTS OF SUBTITLE B, HIGHLY ERODIBLE LAND CONSERVATION, AND SUBTITLE C, WETLAND CONSERVATION OF TITLE XII OF THE FOOD SECURITY ACT. THIS WILL FOSTER CONSERVATION OF WETLANDS AND HIGHLY ERODIBLE LAND.
