Abstract: THIS PROJECT WILL COLLECT DIET INFORMATION BY TWO METHODS OF ADMINISTRATION, FROM APPROXIMATELY 100 PERSONS. THE PURPOSE IS TO DETERMINE WHETHER SELF-ADMINISTRATION AND INTERVIEWER-ADMINISTRATION OF THE SAME QUESTIONNAIRE PRODUCE COMPARABLE NUTRIENT ESTIMATES.
