THROUGH 3/88, BY WHICH TIME THE AGENCY WILL HAVE COMPLETED
RULEMAKING REVISING ITS ELECTRICAL STANDARDS FOR COAL MINES. WHEN
THESE INFORMATION COLLECTIONS ARE SUBMITTED FOR OUR REVIEW UPON
PUBLICATION OF THE PROPOSED RULE, THEY SHOULD BE CONVERTED TO
CERTIFICATIONS OR COMPLETELY JUSTIFIED IF ANYTHING IS REQUIRED
BEYOND THAT DEFINED IN 5CF1320.7(K)(1). IF ANYTHING BEYOND A
CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED IN THE FINAL RULE, THE AGENCY SHALL
SUBMIT EVIDENCE FROM THE PUBLIC RECORD TO SUPPORT SUCH
REQUIREMENTS. INFORMATION COLLECTIO CONVERTED TO CERTIFICATIONS
SHOULD GO INTO EFFECT NO LATER THAN 1988, WHEN THE FINAL RULE IS
PROMULGATED.
