Abstract: THE DRAWBACK REGULATIONS (19 CFR 191) SUPPLEMENT DRAWBACK LAW, (19 U.S.C. 1313) AND PROVIDE, AMONG OTHER THINGS, SPECIFIC PROCEDURES FOR CLAIMANTS AS TO WHAT TYPE OF RECORDS AND FORMS ARE NEEDED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW. PART 191.5 DETAILS THE RECORDS WHICH MUST BE MAINTAINED FOR THREE YEARS AFTER PAYMENT OF DRAWBACK.
