This ICR was
approved in April 1985 for one year so the agency could respond to
several questions raised on the April 4, 1985 OMB Notice of Action.
The justification statement submitted as part of this reapproval
submission is almost an exact copy of the previous submission and
does not address any of the questions raised. This ICR is approved
for three months so the agency can respond to the questions raised.
Also, does the burden hour estimate represent only incremental
hours necessary to apply for an exemption above what the applicant
would ordinarily do for its own planning or does it include
both?
