Abstract: EVALUATION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM, AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 123 OF THE HOUSING AND URBAN RURAL RECOVERY ACT OF 1983, NECESSITATES INTERVIEWS WITH INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED WITH THE FORTY-ONE FUNDED PROJECTS. THE INFORMATION COLLECTED WILL EVALUATE THE SUCCESS OF THE DEMONSTRATION IN ACHIEVING ITS OBJECTIVES.
