Abstract: THE PROPOSED REQUIREMENT IS THAT A WRITTEN LOAN POLICY FOR BUSINESS LOANS BE REVIEWED AND ADOPTED ANNUALLY. THE GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE LO POLICY IS TO REPAY THE LOAN AND THE ULTIMATE PROTECTION OF THE NATIONA CREDIT UNION SHARE INSURANCE FUND. RESPONDENTS ARE THOSE FEDERALLY INSURED CREDIT UNIONS MAKING BUSINESS LOANS AS DEFINED IN THE PROPOSED REGULATION.
