Abstract: THE BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT IS DIRECTED BY CONGRESS TO ADMINISTER AN EXPORT RESTRICTION AND A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE PROGRAM WITHIN ITS TIMBER SALE PROGRAM. REPORTS DETAILING WHERE LOGS ARE PROCESSED ARE NEEDED FROM LARGE AND SMALL BUSINESSES TO MANAGE BOTH PROGRAMS.
