Abstract: THE REGULATIONS PROVIDE GUIDANCE TO TAXPAYERS WHO ELECT TO CLAIM AN INVESTMENT CREDIT FOR EXPENDITURES INCURRED DURING CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY. THE INFORMATION COLLECTED WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE IF THE PROPERTY QUALIFIES FOR THE INVESTMENT CREDIT AND WHETHER THE AMOUNT OF THE CREDIT CLAIMED IS CORRECT.
