Abstract: EPA IS REQUIRED BY SECTION 15 OF THE FEDERAL INSECTICIDE, FUNGICIDE, AND RODENTICIDE ACT (FIFRA) TO INDEMNIFY OWNERS OF 2,4,5-T/SILVEX PRODUCTS AND TO PROVIDE FOR PROPER DISPOSAL OF THE REMAINING STOCKS WHEN SO REQUESTED.
