Abstract: THIS SURVEY WILL ALLOW THE EVALUATION OF ACTION-SPONSORED VISTA PROJECTS IN REGARD TO GOAL ACCOMPLISHMENT, INSTITUTIONALIZATION AND MOBILIZATION EFFORTS, AND EFFECTS ON SERVICE RECIPIENTS AND COMMUNITIES WHERE VISTA VOLUNTEERS ARE WORKING. PERSONAL INTERVIEWS WILL COLLECT DATA FROM VISTA VOLUNTEERS, STAFF OF SPONSORING ORGANIZATIONS, AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS AND LEADERS.
