REGULATIONS UNDER 7 CFR 253 IMPLEMENT
PUBLIC LAW AUTHORIZING DONATED FOODS TO ELIGIBLE INDIAN HOUSEHOLDS
LIVING ON OR NEAR A RESERVATION. THE PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM IS TO
PROVIDE A VARIETY AND QUANTITY OF DONATED FOODS FOR A MORE
NUTRITIONAL DIET.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that

with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
