Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THIS FORM IS NEEDED PRIMARILY TO ESTIMATE QUARTERLY AND ANNUAL INCENTIVE PAYMENTS TO THE STATES, AND TO PREPARE SSA'S APPROPRIATIONS REQUEST. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC CONSISTS OF 54 STATE AGENCIES WHICH ADMINISTER THE CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM.
