Abstract: THE DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES ACT, 1984, SECTION 107(A) REQUIRES THAT STATES FUNDED UNDER PART B SUBMIT TO THE SECRETARY, IN A FORM PRESCRIBED BY THE SECRETARY, AN ANNUAL REPORT OR ACTIVITIES AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS WHICH ARE TO BE USED TO PREPARE THE SECRETARY'S ANNUAL REPORT TO THE CONGRESS, THE PRESIDENT, AND THE NATIONAL COUNCIL ON THE HANDICAPPED.
