Abstract: THE BUREAU OF LAND MANAGMENT IS DIRECTED BY CONGRESS TO ADMINISTER AN EXPORT RESTRICTION PROGRAM. THE ATTACHED FORMS ARE USED TO ADMINISTER THESE TIMBER EXPORT RESTRICTIONS ALL PURCHASERS OF BLM TIMBER ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THESE FORMS AS PART OF THE TIMBER SALE CONTRACT.
