Abstract: PBGC FORM 1 IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE THE AMOUNT OF THE ANNUAL PREMIUM PAYMENT THAT MUST BE PAID TO THE PBGC BY PENSION PLANS COVERED UNDER THE INSURANCE PROGRAM. THE PAPERWORK BURDEN IN PBGC FORM 1 IS THAT IMPOSED UNDER 29 CFR PART 2610.
