Abstract: THIS BYLAW REQUIRES THE BOARD SECRETARY TO PREPARE AND MAINTAIN FULL AND CORRECT RECORDS OF ALL MEETINGS OF MEMBERS AND THE BOARD. THE SECRETARY MUST ALSO INFORM THE NCUA BOARD IN WRITING OF ANY ADDRESS CHANGE OF THE CREDIT UNION OFFICE OR IN THE LOCATION OF ITS PRINCIPAL RECORDS.
