Abstract: OMB CIRCULAR A-102 (ATTACHMENT I, AND A-110 (ATTACHMENT H) REQUIRE GRANT RECIPIENTS TO SUBMIT PERFORMANCE REPORTS TO THE GRANTOR AGENCY. THIS FORM IS USED TO SATISFY THIS REQUIREMENT. THE INFORMATION ALLOWS THE GRANT MONITOR TO TRACK THE PROGRESS OF THE GRANT.
