Abstract: THE ANNUAL EMPLOYMENT REPORT IS SUBMITTED BY ALL LICENSEES AND PERMITTEES OF COMMERCIAL OR NONCOMMERCIAL AM, FM, TV AND INTERNATIONAL BROADCAST STATIONS AND COMMON CARRIERS. THE DATA IS USED BY THE COMMISSION TO ASSESS COMPLIANCE WITH EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY REQUIREMENTS. DATA COMPLIED AND PUBLISHED BY THE COMMISSION IS USED BY CONGRESS, THE U.S. COMMISSION ON CIVIL RIGHTS, EEOC, NTIA AND PUBLIC INTEREST GROUPS.
