Abstract: SECTION 73.1870 (C)(3) AND (4) REQUIRES CHIEF OPERATORS TO REVIEW STATION LOGS AT LEASE ONCE EACH WEEK AND MAKE ENTRIES IN STATION LOG ACCORDINGLY. THIS REVIEW IS TO DETERMINE IF REQUIRED ENTRIES ARE BEIN MADE CORRECTLY AND ALSO TO DETERMINE IF THE STATION HAS BEEN OPERATED AS REQUIRED BY THE RULES AND TERMS OF THE STATION AUTHORIZATION.
