Abstract: THE INFORMATIO ON THIS REPORT PROVIDES USDA/FNS/PID WITH A STATUS OF THE NUMBER OF HOME DELIVER AND CONGREGATE NUTRITION SERVICES MEALS SERVED TO THE ELIGIBLE ELDERLY. THE AMOUNT OF FOOD OR CARE THAT USDA GIVES EACH STA IS BASED ON THE NUMBER OF MEALS SERVED IN THE PROGRAM AND THE LEVEL OF ASSISTANCE PER MEAL AUTHORIZED BY LEGISLATION.
