In conformance
with the Executive Office Appropriation Act, 1987, an OMB number
has been assigned without substantive review under the Paperwork
Reduction Act (44 u.s.c. 35). This clearance includes: 1)
information collections imposed by existing rules containing
certain mandatory statements and requirements controlling the use
of optional statements on labels in advertisements of alcohol
beverages and 2) information collections in proposed rules
concerning the use of the terms "cereal beverage," "near beer,"
"non-alcoholic," and "alcohol free." Remarks amended effective

ADMINISTRATION ACT, BOTTLERS AND IMPORTERS OF ALCOHOL BEVERAGES ARE
