Abstract: GENERATORS AND TSDV'S MUST TEST HAZARDOUS WASTES TO ASSURE THAT THE WASTES PLACED IN LAND DISPOSAL UNITS DO NOT EXCEED THE TREATMENT STANDARDS TO ASSURE THAT FACILITIES ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THESE REGULATIONS. THE EPA WILL USE THIS INFORMATION IN ENFORCEMENT OF THE RESTRICTIONS.
