Abstract: THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE IMPACT OF THE INTERIM VOICE RESPONSE SYSTEM (IVRS) ON SPECIALIST WORKLOAD AT THE PHILADELPHIA FSS. THIS SURVEY REPRESENTS AN INITIAL STEP IN THE PROCESS OF DRAWING RELIABLE INFERENCES ABOUT THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN IVRS USE AND SPECIALIST WORKLOAD ON A NATIONAL SCALE.
