A TRAFFIC STOP SURVEY WILL BE CONDUCTED ON SAMPLE DAYS DURING THE SAMPLE YEAR. ALL EXITING TRAFFIC WILL BE QUESTIONED ABOUT THEIR RECREATIONAL USE OF LBL. THIS INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO CALIBRATE OUR TRAFFIC COUNTERS SO THAT FUTURE USE CAN BE ESTIMATED FROM THE COUNTERS ALONE.
