Abstract: FMHA PROPOSES TO AMEND ITS REGULATIONS TO IMPLEMENT A PROVISION OF THE DEBT COLLECTION ACT (P.L. 97-365) THAT AUTHORIZES FMH TO REFER DELINQUENT LOANS TO CREDIT BUREAUS.
