Abstract: LARGE COMPANIES INVOLVED IN EXPLORATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF OUTER CONTINENTAL SHELF OIL AND GAS LEASES UNDER THE NET PROFIT SHARE LEASE SYSTEM, ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ANNUAL OR MONTHLY REPORTS SUPPORTING TH BALANCE IN THE NPSL CAPITAL ACCOUNT. ROYALTIES ARE NOT PAID UNTIL THE LEASE IS PROFITABLE. INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE WHEN ROYALTIE ARE PAYABLE.
