Abstract: REGULATION ESTABLISHES THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES REGARDING SUPERVISION, SERVICING AND COLLECTION OF SINGLE FAMILY HOUSING LOAN ACCOUNTS. THIS ACTION IS BEING TAKEN TO CLARIFY THE POLICY ON MORATORIUMS, ADD INSTRUCTIONS ON THE SERVICING OF OF LAONS TO BORROWERS ENTERING ACTIVE MILITARY DUTY AND TO AUTHORIZE THE REFINANCING OF CERTAIN FMHA LOANS.
