Abstract: THE APPLICATION IS NECESSARY TO IDENTIFY ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS FOR PLANNING GRANTS UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1965, AS AMENDED, AND TO PROVIDE STANDARD FORM FOR APPLICATION OF PLANNING GRANTS UNDER 301(B) AND 302(A) OF THE ACT. APPLICANTS INCLUDE MULTI-COUNTY PLANNING DISTRICTS, INDIAN TRIBES, LOC AND STATE GOVERNMENTS.
