Abstract: SURVEY OBTAINS FY '87 WINTER PROGRAM ESTIMATES AND FINAL FY '86 PROGRAM DATA, AND WILL BE USED TO GENERATE TABLES FOR A WRITTEN REPORT SUBMITTED TO THE SENATE COMMITTEE ON APPROPRIATION IN LATE FEBRUARY 1987. THE FY'86 DATA WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE HHS ANNUAL REPORT TO CONGRESS AS PRESCRIBED IN SECTION 2610 OF THE STATUTE AS AMENDED.
