Abstract: THE INFORMATION IS BEING REQUESTED AS A TECHNOLOGICAL REQUIREMENT. TREASURY WILL USE THE INFORMATION TO ELECTRONICALLY TRANSMIT PAYMENT TO VENDOR'S FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC WOULD CONSIST OF SMALL AND LARGE FOR-PROFIT BUSINESSES. THIS INFORMATION WOULD RESUL IN VENDORS RECEIVING PAYMENT IN A MORE TIMELY AND EFFICIENT MANNER.
