Abstract: EPA WILL CONDUCT A PRETEST OF A SURVEY DESIGNED TO DEVELOP A COMPREHENSIVE DATA BASE ON FACILITIES THAT MANAGE HAZARDOUS WASTE. THE AGENCY WILL USE THE INFORMATION IN IMPLEMENTING REGULATIONS MANDAT BY THE HAZARDOUS AND SOLID WASTE AMENDMENTS, PARTICULARLY THE LAND DISPOSAL RESTRICTIONS PROVISIONS.
