Abstract: STUDY OF THE EXPERIENCE OF PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS IN PROVIDING TRANSPORTATION SERVICES TO THE ELDERLY AND HANDICAPPED. SPECIAL ATTENTION IS TO BE GIVEN TO FUNDING SOURCES AND THE RELATIONSHIPS EXISTENT BETWEEN PRIVATE SECTOR ORGANIZATIONS, PARTICULARLY THE MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FOR THE ELDERLY AND HANDICAPPED WHOSE PROGRAMS HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL.
