EXPLAIN WHY ALL PMIs MUST BE SURVEYED AND WHAT THE IMPACT ON
FEDERAL POLICIES WOULD BE IF THE SURVEY WAS CHANGED FROM MONTHLY TO
QUARTERLY. HUD MUST ALSO INCLUDE MORE INFORMATION DETAILING WHAT
HUD POLICY DECISIONS FLOW FROM THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION. THESE
CONDITIONS ARE BEING IMPOSED SO THAT OMB MAY ASSURE ITSELF THAT THE
COLLECTION IS THE LEAST BURDENSOME NECESSARY FOR THE PROPER
PERFORMANC OF THE AGENCY'S FUNCTIONS AND THAT THE FORM HAS
PRACTICAL UTILITY, AS REQUIRED BY 5 CFR 1320.4. IN ADDITION, HUD
MUST PLACE THE OMB NUMBER AND EXPIRATION DATE ON THE FORM.

SHARE ANALYSIS. DATA OBTAINE FROM PMIC'S ENSURES A SOUND ANALYSIS
OF MORTGAGE MARKET TRENDS AND FUTURE OUTLOOK.
