THE BYLAW ALSO REQUIRES RETURNS OF NOMINATIONS, ELECTIONS, AND PROCEEDINGS OF MEMBERSHIP AND BOARD MEETINGS BE RECORDED IN MINUTE BOOKS AND THE MINUTES SIGNED.
