Abstract: P.L. 99-335, SEC. 307 PROHIBITS THE INCLUSION OF BOTH THE GOVERNMENT'S AND CONTRACTOR'S EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE OASDI PORTION OF SOCIAL SECURITY AND RETIREMENT THRIFT PLAN COSTS IN A-76 CO COMPARISONS. CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE A SEPARATE BREAKOUT OF THESE COSTS TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER SO THEY CAN BE SUBTRACTED FROM THE BID PRICE FOR THE A-76 COMPARISON.
