11/87, BY WHICH TIME THE AGENCY PLANS TO PUBLISH A FINAL RULE. THE
AGENCY SHALL FULLY JUSTIFY ANY INFORMATION COLLECTION CONTAINED IN
THE FINAL RULE AS CONSISTENT WITH 5 CFR 1320.4(B), CITING FROM THE
PUBLIC RECORD IF NECESSARY. IN PARTICULAR, THE AGENCY SHALL FULLY
JUSTIFY THE ADDITIONAL WEEKLY MONITORING AND RECORDKEEPING REQUIRED
BETWEEN THE EXISTING ACTION LEVEL OF 0.30 WL AND THE PROPOSED
