Terms of Clearance: WE HAVE APPROVED THE INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS IN THE PROPOSED REGULATION THROUGH 11/87, BY WHICH TIME THE AGENCY PLANS TO PUBLISH A FINAL RULE.
