SECTIONS 12(A) AND (B) OF THE U.S.
GRAIN STANDARDS ACT AND SECTION 205 (A) OF THE AGRICULTURAL
MARKETING ACT OF 1946 MANDATES THAT EVERY AGENCY LICENSEE AND STATE
DESIGNATED OR DELEGATED UNDER THESE ACTS PROVIDE SPECIFIC
INFORMATION TO BE USED TO DETERMINE INDIVIDUAL'S SUITABILITY TO BE
LICENSED. FURTHER EACH SUCH AGENCY MUST MAINTAIN RECORDS FOR EACH
SERVICE THEY PERFORM AND REPORT PERIODICALLY ON SPECIFIC ASPECTS OF
SUCH SERVICES.
