The survey is
approved in accordance with 5 CFR 1320, to 31 March 1988 subject to
the following 2 conditions: 1) The corresponding annual apparel
surveys should be redesigned and resubmitted for clearance thi year
to achieve burden reductions that offset the burden increase due to
the quarterly survey. 2) The apparel classifications should be
revised in planning for the second year of quarterly data
collection t assure consistency with the international Harmonized
System which the Administration proposes to adopt as of January 1,
1988.

TRADE ASSOCIATIONS, AND RESEARCH AND CONSULTING
