Abstract: BLACKS EXPERIENCE SIGNIFICANTLY POORER CANCER RATES THAN THE UNITED STATES POPULATION AS A WHOLE. THIS SURVEY OF THE BLACK SHRINERS AND DAUGHTER OF ISIS WILL DETERMINE MEMBERS' KNOWLEDGE ATTITUDES, AND PRACTICES RELATED TO CANCER. RESULTS WILL BE USED TO DEVELOP INTERVENTION ACTIVITIES THAT ADDRESS THE CANCER PROBLEM IN THESE LARGE ORGANIZATIONS AND AS A MODEL TO GENERATE SIMILAR ACTIVITIES WITHIN OTH
