Abstract: THIS FORM PROVIDES FOR PAYMENT OF A PREMIUN TO HEAL MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS (HMOS) AND COMPETITIVE MEDICAL PLANS (CMPS) EACH MONTH FOR EACH ENROLLED HMO/CMP MEDICARE NUMBER. THE HCFA-1929 I ALSO USED TO ADD THE BENEFICIARY TO ITS RECORDS OF THE ORGANIZATION MEDICARE ENROLLEES.
