THE QUESTION ARISES AS TO HOW OSHA CAN BE CONFIDENT THAT THESE REPORTS ARE NECESSARY IF OSHA DOES NOT KNOW HOW OFTEN REPORTS ARE RECEIVED OR HOW (OR IF) THEY ARE USED BY THE FIELD OFFICES. WHEN THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION IS RESUBMITTED FOR OMB REVIEW, FURTHER OMB APPROVAL SHALL BE CONTINGENT UPON DOCUMENTATION OF THE ACTUAL USES TO WHICH THESE REPORTS HAVE BEEN PUT.
