Abstract: THE AIR FORCE REQUIRES A WRITTEN REPORT ON ALL ACCIDENTS WHICH OCCUR ON AI FORCE INSTALLATIONS. MINOR MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENTS ARE REPORTED ON AF FORM 840 BY THE DRIVERS OF THE VEHICLES. THE REPORT IS USED BY THE SECURITY POLICE TO RECORD RELEVANT INFORMATION ABOUT BASE ACCIDENTS.
