Abstract: PERSONNEL WORKING ON UNITS IN OIL AND GAS EXTRACTION ACTIVITIES ON THE OCS ARE REQUIRED BY 46 U.S.C. 1356 TO BE CITIZENS OR LAWFULLY ADMITTED ALIENS. EMPLOYERS ARE REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN RECORDS DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED BY THE COAST GUARD FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT.
