Abstract: THIS INFORMATION IS USED TO INSURE COMPLIANCE ON THE PART OF THE MORTGAGEE AND TO INSURE HUD RECEIVES ALL INCOME DUE. WITHOUT THE FORM HUD COULD NOT INSURE COMPLIANCE NOR COULD HUD INSURE THAT ALL INCOME DUE THE GOVERNMENT WAS BEING REMITTED.
