Abstract: SOCIAL SECURITY, SURVEY CUSTOMER SATISFACTORY QUALITY, SERVICE PUBLIC SSA WILL USE THE INFORMATION COLLECTED TO ANALYZE PUBLIC SATISFACTION AND TO DETERMINE THE BEST USES AND DEPLOYMENT OF RESOURCES TO EFFECT ANY DESIRED IMPROVEMENTS. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC WILL BE COMPRISED OF A SAMPLE OF INDIVIDUALS WHO RECENTLY TRANSACTED BUSINESS WITH AN SSA FIE OFFICE.
