THE GRANTEE QUARTERLY PROGRESS REPORT
WILL BE USED TO COLLECT INFORMATION CONCERN ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED BY
GRANTEES UNDER THE OSHA NEW DIRECTIONS PROGRAM. THE INFOR WILL BE
USED TO MONITOR THE USES TO WHICH FEDERAL GRANTS FUNDS ARE PUT, AND
TO PROVIDE OSHA WITH INFORMATION IT NEEDS TO MANAGE THE
PROGRAM.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
